1. How do I receive latest updates or promotions?

Promotions can be found under 'Promotions'. To receive latest updates, please create an account and register with us.

2. What is the best temperature to store the products?

For chilled products, please refrigerate between 12°C - 16°C. For frozen products, please refrigerate at -18°C and below.

3. What are the accepted modes of payment?

Credit Card – Visa, Master & American Express.

5. How do I look for an item?

You can use the following methods:

  • Via 'Search engine' > Key in any product description.

6. How do I purchase?

When items are listed after a search or through selection from a category, you may key in the quantity in the box that you would like to purchase and proceed to click ‘Checkout’. Please checkout as a guest and fill in the required information (fields marked with *).

7. What is the delivery charge?

A delivery charge of $20 will be imposed for each location (excluding GST)

There will be NO free delivery during the Chinese New Year period from 21 Jan 2015 to 25 Feb 2015.

8. How do we know that the order has been successfully transmitted?

A confirmation of order will be sent via e-mail to acknowledge every successful transaction.

9. When will the order be delivered?

Shiro emphasizes on the quality of products before each delivery. The guidelines below will allow you to plan your products in advance. Delivery will be scheduled within 3 working days after receiving the confirmed order.


  • There is no delivery made on Sundays and Public Holidays.
  • Delivery Schedule (Mondays – Fridays) is from 10am to 5pm.

10. Which locations do Shiro deliver?

We deliver within Singapore only.

11. What happens if there are missing or incorrect items?

We would like to advise our customers to check all products upon delivery. If there are any missing item or delivery of incorrect products, please highlight to the delivery team or contact the customer service assistants during office hours immediately. We will advise the next ideal schedule to deliver the missing product to you.
